Voting day in the Novovyatsky district was marked by removal of one observer, low voter participation and violation of the procedure of counting. The elections were observed by representatives of the public movement "Golos".
Elections of deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Kirov region (the fifth convocation of the Kirov single-mandate constituency №19) took place with the participation of three candidates. "United Russia" nominated Irina Morozova, "Liberal Democratic Party" — Timur Gusev, and the Communist Party was represented by Valery Arkhipov.
The first incident recorded by volunteers of "Golos" was recorded in the PEC №302. There chairman of the committee asked the observer from a candidate, member of the commission in an advisory capacity, to leave before the start of the opening section. The reason was that the observer had no stamp on the document. Later, the candidate said that he intended to cancel the results of voting on this station.
In the election commission №339 candidate observers were not able to keep an eye on issuance of ballots without standing up, which is also a violation. The site was T-shaped, so observers could see only the process of depositing ballots.
After the voting stations were closed, observers of "Golos" recorded violations in counting procedure of 10 stations.
At the time of writing the material, according to preliminary results, Morozova leaded, followed far behind by Arkhipov and Gusev.
