Today "7x7" received a letter from the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications (Roscomnadzor) whose authors ask to remove the post of the Ukhta blogger Roman Khakimzyanov "How NOT to pay a transport tax (a proven method)".
"You must restrict an access and/or to remove the forbidden information, otherwise an IP-address will be blocked on the territory of the Russian Federation. A request to notify of the results as soon as possible," the letter said.
In the letter it is not specified what law or legal act the post contradicts.
Internet-journal complied with the demand of Roskomnadzor and deleted the blogger’s post, after which the correspondent of "7x7" asked Roman Khakimzyanov to comment on the situation.
“My article about a transport tax is not a call to "not to pay tax". It’s a sugar-coated instruction for any person on how to confront a double taxation. Who wants to — uses the instruction. Who wants to pay an unsound transport tax to the state, let him pay,” a social activist noted and then evaluated actions of a supervision body. “Roscomnadzor had already closed many adequate resources without any reason. This is another rabid power printer, the logic of which is impossible to be understood.
Despite the fact that the blog entry was made in mid-September, it ranked among Top-10 of the most read posts in 2013, being on the 5th place. The instruction of Roman Khakimzyanov has been also among the leaders in the editorial traffic for the first months of this year.
