Municipal deputies from Russia’s regions join the demand for Vladimir Putin's resignation

Human rights advocate Lev Ponomaryov had created a petition for Putin's resignation. He believes that the special operation "has turned Russians into outcasts in the eyes of the entire civilized world." Ponomaryov believes that the president's resignation could "save many lives."
