On the night of April 4 the unknown covered the pits on the roadway of Krasnaya Zvezda street with several carpets.
As the locals reported to "7x7" journal, the roadway has been broken for about seven years already, here large trucks carried sand from the Vyatka River to the construction of houses nearby. Several people presupposed that someone decided to get rid of unnecessary carpets in the house and "level" the pits with them. According to one of the passers-by, it is difficult to call a taxi to this part of the city; the drivers refuse to come here, and he rages inwardly at the fact that the bus would not be able to reach this place soon.
"As soon as the rain starts, it's mud at once, it's all washed out," the local resident Evgeny explained.
The roadways in Kirov were already covered with carpets in 2016. In such a way the urban enthusiasts wanted to draw the authorities attention to the state of the city roads.
In 2017, there was 1 billion roubles devoted to roads reconditioning in Kirov, the authorities want to bring the road back to normal in three years.
