A youth liaison officer interviewed a six-year-old girl because of her grandmother's picket against a waste plant in Koryazma. The child's parents were not notified about this, SOTA reported on December 21.

In December, Lyudmila Alexandrova from Koryazhma, while walking with her granddaughter, was photographed with a poster against the construction of a waste sorting plant in the city. She took the poster from a picketer. The woman reported the rally on a social network. The court fined her 20 thousand rubles for organizing a public event without submitting a notification (Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).

On December 19, Lyudmila's daughter received a call from the Juvenile Affairs Commission. The staff asked where her daughter lived and which kindergarten she went to. They allegedly wanted to clarify the data.

Later, the girl said that a woman in uniform had come to her kindergarten. She asked where the girl had gone with her grandmother and asked questions about the rally. The daughter's mother was not warned about this.

In October, in Moscow, police took a fifth-grader from school to the department after she was reported by the school principal. The girl skipped lessons on patriotism and traditional values, and her avatar in social networks had blue and yellow colors.
