The mothers believe that employees of the Federal Security Service, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Federal Bailiff Service, the Federal Guards Service, the Federal Penitentiary Service, the Federal National Guard Troops Service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Prosecutor's Office, the Investigating Committee, the Federal Customs Service know how to handle weapons and are better prepared than men in reserve. In addition, the employees "took an oath" and their duty is to "save the country and the people."
"Expenses for the maintenance of law enforcement agencies, for their sports training, shooting training, and weapons are increasing every year, despite the difficult economic situation in the country. And all this should be used productively at such difficult times for the country," they wrote.
On September 24, Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of Chechnya, called for sending security forces, including employees of the Federal Security Service, the Federal Guards Service, the Prosecutor's Office, the Investigating Committee, the Federal Penitentiary Service, and the Ministry of Emergency Situations, to the war in Ukraine. He believes that it is possible to summon 2.5 million security officials. They regularly reach sports qualifying standards and "will destroy any Western army."
