Local activists in Samara were officially warned against holding unsanctioned rallies on February 24, the anniversary of the Ukraine war. The document reminding of the unacceptability of illegal actions was delivered to libertarian Boris Fedyukin and some other political activists.

The document claims the police have information about plans for an unauthorized protest march. However, according to “Protocol. Samara," activists never announced any opposition rallies for February.
Similar rounds were conducted by the police in Tomsk. In the Perm region, police officers mentioned, talking to activists, that they were expecting public actions on the anniversary of the war. In Vladimir, warnings were delivered to people earlier penalized for participating in anti-war actions.
