According to the Kaluga legislators’ initiative, presenting a military ID should become mandatory for everyone applying for a new job or residency

When applying for a job everyone will have to show their military IDs or conscription certificates. If an employer does not ask for one or does not report a conscripted employee to the military enlistment office, it will be considered an administrative offense.

The same regulation will be mandatory for everyone seeking permanent or temporary residence, obtaining or renewing a driver's license, and renewing a license for a hunting weapon.
