The Glazov Prosecutor's Office has imposed a protest against the decision of the interdistrict hospital’s management to raise incentive payments for employees from the administration. The Deystvie (‘action’) Trade Union called the management's decision "cynical" because the medical staff had "minimal" payments. It appealed to the prosecutor's office. Activist Alexander Zolotaryov reported this on vk.com.

The Deystvie Trade Union wanted to sue because of the adopted regulation in the Glazov Interdistrict Hospital. Its management established large percentages of incentive payments for the heads of the personnel department, the procurement department, and the public relations department. The union called the decision "cynical" because the medical staff had "minimal" payments.

The trade union appealed to the district and republican prosecutor's offices, but they found no violations. It decided to appeal their decisions in court. Then the prosecutor's office of Glazov suggested that Deystvie withdraw the claim and recognized that the regulation "could not be applied".

This is not the union’s first victory. Deystvie helps health workers to fight for the observance of labor rights, and patients, to get the necessary medicines. For example, the trade union helped a patient to get medicine for arresting epilepsy seizures.
