In December, State Duma member Yana Lantratova filed a complaint with the Prosecutor General’s Office against two bloggers, Dasha Koreika and Hilmi Forks. She claimed that they promoted transgender and LGBT ideas, and offended religious people. The bloggers have been accused of committing administrative violations.

Dasha Koreyka's name, before her gender change in 2021, was Maxim Matveev. Her friend Hilmi Forks lives Krasnodar. He records TikTok videos with stories about his non-traditional orientation and wears makeup and women's clothing.

The first case of administrative violation under the LGBT propaganda law was against Popcorn Books publishing house. In Belgorod, a 20-year-old man is being investigated by law enforcement offices for publishing photos in which he is wearing women's clothing and makeup.

UPD. The Sphere Foundation claims that this case is not the first in Russia. Earlier, another transgender person was accused of an administrative violation in Moscow. On December 22, she was fined 100 thousand rubles ($1,440).
