If the State Duma approves the bills proposed by Kaluga regional legislature, it will help the military enlistment committees to identify conscripts and persons eligible for mobilization.
When applying for a job everyone will have to show their military IDs or conscription certificates. If an employer does not ask for one or does not report a conscripted employee to the military enlistment office, it will be considered an administrative offense.
The same regulation will be mandatory for everyone seeking permanent or temporary residence, obtaining or renewing a driver's license, and renewing a license for a hunting weapon.
