In Russian cities, employment contracts with paramedics are terminated, and they are dismissed upon agreement of the parties, and people sign these agreements. The Deystviye (‘action’) Trade Union reported this.

The Deystviye Trade Union recommended not to sign the agreements or to write about their disagreement, as well as to refuse to receive a work record book. Those who have already signed such agreements are advised to contact the prosecutor's office.
