The Commercial Court of Arkhangelsk Oblast recognized objects built by the Technopark Company at station Shies unauthorized and ordered to demolish them within a month. This was reported to 7x7 by eco-activist Andrey Borovikov, who was present at the sitting as a listener, on January 9.

Judge Filipyeva upheld the claim of the Urdoma administration, which demanded to recognize all the buildings built under the Ecotechnopark Shies Project unauthorized and demolish them, in part. The activists will receive a full rescript later.

In 2018, Russian Railways leased a 44-hectare site near station Shies to the Technopark Company for 11 months. In October 2019, the lease was extended until 2020. The second site of 15 hectares belongs to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forest Industry Complex of Arkhangelsk Oblast and in 2018 was transferred by the agency to the State Company Highways for free use.

The administration of the Urdomskoe Municipality filed a lawsuit against the Technopark Company in February 2019. Municipal officials demanded recognizing all buildings constructed under the Ecotechnopark Shies Project unauthorized and demolishing them.
