Coordinator of the "Open Russia" movement in Chuvashia Dmitry Semenov was detained by the police.

"I just went to the headquarter of Alexey Navalny, the police detained me, because I was allegedly drafted," the detainee told a «7x7» correspondent. "In the police department they ask the reason of detention, but I can not answer them, I myself do not know. Those who detained me said that they are dependent — they are executing. I now sit at the duty station, they think what to do with me."

On January 16, the chairman of the "Open Russia" movement Alexander Solovyov and human rights coordinator Polina Nemirovskaya was detained in Rostov-on-Don.

Dmitry Semenov was repeatedly tried for publishing forbidden slogans on the Internet. Law enforcement authorities suspected him of organizing the work of the "undesirable organization".
