Representatives of the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) came to the Moscow special detention center where politician Aleksey Navalny is serving the administrative punishment, and warned him about the possible replacement of conditional sentence for the cases of Kirovles and Yves Rocher.

The procedure for official warning is stipulated by the law for violation of public order by conditionally convicted, FSIN may request the court to replace the conditional term with the real one in case of systematic prosecution.

In 2014, the FSIN already warned Navalny about the possible replacement of the suspended sentence in the Kirovles case. In the same year, Aleksei Navalny was sentenced to 3.5 years on charges of fraud, together with his brother Oleg in the case of Yves Rocher. Unlike Alexey, Oleg Navalny received a real term. In 2017, after the cancellation of the verdict by the European Court of Human Rights, the Kirov court repeatedly convicted Alexey Navalny and Pyotr Ofitserov, Navalny associated this with the reluctance of the authorities to allow him to run for president in 2018.

On June 12, Navalny was detained at the exit from the house for organizing uncoordinated anti-corruption actions and sentenced to 30 days of administrative arrest, later reducing the punishment to 25 days. On June 15, Kirovles demanded 16 million rubles as compensation for damage.
