The Supreme Court of the Chuvash Republic upheld the rulings of the Leninskiy City Court on fines for the participants of the event "You won't kill everyone, you won't rap all", which involved shooting a posed photo on the bridge, as reported by a human rights defender Aleksey Glukhov on his Facebook page on April 13.

All the fined activists are the members of the youth movement “Vesna” [Spring] Chuvash branch. They tried to establish the justification of court that hanging a banner on the bridge lasted no more than a minute and therefore could not be considered an unagreed drive.

"Now we know that the picketing within 20-30 seconds is not a fiction, but reality. The budget of Chuvashia will now be refilled by 50 thousand rubles [total sum of the fine given to activists]. That's about right, 50 thousand rubles within 30 seconds went to the budget. Now it is clear why the town hall does not authorize anything, it is a way of filling the budget," human rights defender Glukhov, who stood for the activists in court, said ironically.

On February 25, shortly before the anniversary of the opposition politician Boris Nemtsov's murder, in Cheboksary, Chuvash activists lit the lights and hung out a poster saying "You won't kill everyone, you won't rap all".

Three activists of Chuvash "Vesna" were sentenced to imposition of different fines under Article 20.2 of the Administrative Offence Code for "irregularity of organizing or holding a picket". On February 27, Anastasia Vasilyeva, a student and a member of "Vesna", was taken to the police station to make a statement directly from the university.
